In this short video, Mr. Abdoul Karim SALL, President of the Management Committee of the Joal Fadiouth Marine Protected Area, tells us how he and his community are mobilizing to safeguard the mangrove. They have been able to adapt and adopt an innovative and rigorous approach based on community involvement. According to Mr. SALL, nothing is done at random, the whole process is well prepared and well followed from beginning to end. Finally, he called for more communication and ownership in the mangrove restoration campaigns.
